Good scenery from the car park! Amenties is quite old, like pillow case have yellow stain. Shower have hot water but difficult to control. It's convenient as downstairs have chinese restaurant.

Got some dust mites issue which will cause skin sensitive, dusty smell. Unstable WiFi. No water filter. But the food of the restaurant very nice.

We have a wonderful stayed in the resort. The room was cosy and quiet come with balcony. Convenient location near major attractions. Our room was located at the top floor next to the parking lot with stunning mountain view. Friendly and helpful staff.

for the price of RM130+/nite for a room of 3pax I would say its really really worth it, nothing fancy but room is decent enough for me and my parents, water heater is workimg well as the weather there is really cold plus the rainy day, tv aint working but not a big deal as its time for family bonding😁 basic amenities available with clean towels, lots of parking available, free wifi available but was not that stable. one thing good bout this place is the location, located right by the main road heading Kundasang town, and very convenient a restaurant situated just below of the hotel, serving NO PORK dishes, general food is and price is reasonable👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

i booked last minute and low season. must be checkin before 9pm, my bad because flight from jb to kk took 2hour to arrived and suddenly delay,, so i arrived 12am, if u coming from KK the hotel will be on ur right side. quite dangerous because many car speed their car on this route. i have call the reception almost 24times, there is no answer, but when my partner called 3 times, already answer, unlucky. so there is no once coming because already late, they leave the room key inside the room. thanks for that. my bad im having luggage i need to climb to second flood. so i assume this hotel for someone that want to climb kinabalu moutain.

*Yang Best :* 1. Tempat yang nyaman 2. Malam sejuk betul 3. View cantik *Penambahbaikan:* 1. TV tiada siaran 2. Pokok mengganggu pandangan utk lihat Sunset View yang cantik. Dapat tgk sikit jer. 3. Water Heater tidak berfungsi pada sebelah pagi. Sejuk betul kami mandi. Huhuu nasib tk beku 4. Kalau ada warga emas, mcm tk sesuai utk tinggal sini, kecuali yg lutut masih kuat sebab tangga nya agak curam.

located about 10 mins drive from kundasang, convenience for the site visits. there is one 99cts convenience store near by. hotel room is clean but very basic 3 stories with no lifts, only stair. for 1-2 night stay to visit trails hiding not an issue, no aircon, only fan but it is ok as environment is cooling with window open/with mosquito net. Kundasang itself is a very small village farming town, no good hotel and nice eating places. however, one good point about this hotel is it has a reasonable chinese restaurance at ground floor, serving dishes better than other places. mountain view from the hotel is good.
